Thank you for registering for IEAM 2024. Please carefully review the payment and refund policy given below. Please note that these policies are applicable only for payments made to NBA for IEAM 2024 registration. For hotel accommodation, payment and refund policies of respective hotels will prevail.
1. Registration Fees: Payment of applicable Registration Fee including GST for delegates and their partners is mandatory to confirm their attendance in the Meeting.
2. Currency: The registration fee (as well as payment for excursion to Agra) is payable in India Rupees.
3. Payment Mode: Payment can be made online through Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking, wire transfer, etc. You may also generate an invoice on the Registration portal to pay the registration fee and other charges offline through your bankers.
4. Confirmation of Registration: A confirmation email will be sent upon successful completion of the registration process and receipt of payment.
5. Please contact Local IEAM -2024 Team at ieam2024[at]nbaind[dot]org to generate invoice for more than three delegates.
1. Cancellations: No cancellations are accepted once registration is confirmed. However, a delegate may transfer his / her registration to another person from the same organization.
2. No Refund: Registration Fee including charges towards excursion, once paid, will not be refunded.
1. Delegate Substitutions: If a delegate is unable to attend the Meeting, he / she may transfer his / her registration to another person from the same organization. Please notify the local IEAM organizers at ieam202[at]nbaind[dot]org in writing at least 15 days prior to the conference commencement date.

The NBA, as local organiser of IEAM 2024, reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
Delegates from the countries given below are expected to register for IEAM 2024. Currencies from these countries may be used for transaction in India Rupees.
