1. Use of Services
The services provided by IEAM-2024 Registration and Payment Portal are intended only for registered delegates of IEAM 2024, as such, registered delegates of IEAM 2024 are the only authorized users of this Portal. Access and use of this Portal is strictly prohibited by users who are not registered delegates of IEAM-2024.
2. User Accounts
Delegates of IEAM-2024 are required to create their account in the process of registration for IEAM 2024.
Only registered delegates will be directed and allowed to use the IEAM 2024 Payment Portal. Information
related to your Bank Account must be accurate and kept confidential. Delegates are responsible for all
activities conducted through their accounts.
3. Payments IEAM-2024 Registration and Payment Portal facilitates transactions between delegates and third-party providers. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
4. Fees and Charges Delegates may be charged bank fees for transactions and currency conversion which will be in addition to the Registration fee. Applicable fees including bank charges and currency conversion charges will be clearly communicated before the transaction is completed.
5. Security IEAM-2024 Registration and Payment Portal employs industry-standard security measures to protect user information. However, users are advised to take precautions to safeguard their own data.
6. Prohibited Activities Users must not engage in activities that violate laws, infringe an intellectual property rights, or compromise the integrity of the Payment Portal.
7. Intellectual Property All content and materials on the Payment Portal are the property of National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability National Board of Accreditation (NBA) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Payment Portal.
9. Termination National Board of Accreditation (NBA) reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for any reason, including violation of these terms and conditions.
10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Government of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
